FludZone provides informational flood zone data sourced from FEMA's National Flood Hazard Layer (NFHL). The Service includes:

• Single address flood zone lookups
• Batch address processing
• PDF report generation
• Map visualization

3. Important Disclaimers

Flood zone boundaries and designations can change. Always verify current flood zone status with official FEMA resources or a certified determination provider before making property or insurance decisions.

4. User Accounts

Some features of the Service may require you to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service beyond normal API usage

FEMA flood zone data is public domain and sourced from the National Flood Hazard Layer.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLUDZONE AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Property damage or loss
• Financial losses from insurance or investment decisions
• Business interruption
• Loss of data or profits

Our total liability for the Service shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FludZone from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Service Availability
